Refund and Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product or from the date on which you signed the service contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by registered letter to the following address: Atelier et Collections, 19 bis rue Hippolyte Bottier, 60200 Compiègne, France, or by email to atelieretcollections@gmail.com within the specified period, using the form attached to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale as Appendix 1 (end of page). If you contact us by email, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal.

You must return the Products undamaged and in their original packaging as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Upon receipt of the Product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, excluding return shipping costs, which will remain your responsibility.

Furthermore, please note that Products made to measure or subject to a special order or modifications requested by the customer cannot be returned.
