Refund and return policy

 

You have the right to withdraw without giving any reason for 14 days from receipt of the Product or from the date on which you signed the contract for the provision of services.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by registered mail to the following address: Atelier et Collections 19 bis rue Hippolyte Bottier 60200 Compiègne or by e-mail to atelieretcollections@gmail.com within the time limit, using the following form attached toTerms of Salesas Annex 1 (end of page). If you contact us by e-mail, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal.

You must return the Products intact and in their packaging as soon as possible, in any case within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal. Upon receipt of the Product, we will make a full refund within 14 days, except for the return costs, which will remain your responsibility.

In addition, please note that Products made to measure or subject to a special order or transformations required by the customer cannot be returned.
