We strive to ship the items ordered, when they are indicated in stock, as soon as possible after confirmation of purchase and receipt of payment, i.e. within an average of 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. .

 

However, some of the items on our online store require special preparation or manufacturing time, which means that we can no longer guarantee the average shipping time. Unless specified in the description of said items, please contact us before placing an order to ensure that we can  ship them under conditions that meet your requirements.

The average time never applies to items indicated out of stock, even if the payment option remains available.
